We wanted to write you a little note about our beloved blogshop. Well, we started Sweetwrapper since March 2007. Sweetwrapper was created out of our passion for shopping online.

This all started out as a hobby. We love coming up with apparels from different sources that we’ve found. We believe in delivering a good product to our customer so that they can enjoy and benefit from buying with us. After all, we hope to have happy and loyalty customers! (^ ^)

What are the means of distribution?
You may opt between normal or registered postage.
There will be an additional $2.24 for registered postage.

What if I am making a bulk purchase?
We will consolidate your order accordingly and quote the best local mail rates.
Meet up can also be arranged for this case.

How long will the Pre-Order takes?
The waiting time is usually 2 weeks. We understand the expectations of our customers
and we try to push our supplier for shorter lead time. However, inevitably there maybe delay
in shipments hence place the order only when you can accept delays.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to our supplier and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible. Please be willing to wait if you are to purchase any items from our Site.

(a) Ordering
It is your responsibility to check that your order is correct. We will not be responsible for the mistakes which you have submitted incorrectly. It is your responsibility to check your order and to ensure that your order sent is complete. Order that is sent with missing details will delay the processing of your order.

(b) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order until payment has been received. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that your payment has been received.

(c) Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping and Local postage costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Second Payment.'

(d) Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard check on your payment. Orders will not be accepted until payment has been received. A confirmation by e-mail will be sent when your payment has been well received.

We strictly accept payments via internet banking or atm transfer only. You will have to include the transaction reference number and your IB nick (if applicable) in your order form.

(d) Refunds & Returns
We do not accept refunds or returns when the mistake is held by our supplier. Our supplier may send out your item in the wrong color, material or even a totally different item. However, we will try to prevent such from occuring by double checking with our supplier.

In the case where your item went 'Out of Stock', we will issue a full refund to your bank account via internet transfer.

(f) Discount Codes
(i) Members discount code – Discount codes may from time to time be offered to members; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the member in respect of which the discount code was offered.
(ii) Promotional discount codes – We may from time to time offer promotional codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this Website.

The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
